You could go and get your tooth taken care of out of your own pocket now. Then send the bills to KFC and see if their insurance company will reimburse you.

I think you should go get it fixed, save the medical bills and if they don’t reimburse you, hire a lawyer.

Go to the dentist and get it resolved and keep the receipt. It could take a while for resolution.

It’s gonna be a hard case to win, you’re going to have to prove that your teeth were in great condition before it broke. They might settle with you but I seriously doubt it. Go to a dentist and pay for everything to get done and get out of pain and then get reimbursed. You’ll be foolish to leave it broke till KFC pays you. You won’t see that cash for years.
