They are all bad! Pizza is somewhat healthy if eaten in moderation since it has a lot of food groups and isn’t fried. I would think Dominos because the crust is thin and they don’t use much cheese.

Most places list their menu and nutritional info on their websites. It would be easier to rank a certain item rather than an entire menu, it really depends on what your food choice is.
Can you get a veggie pizza on a whole grain crust?

I would suggest a grilled chicken salad at McDonald’s.
Those have at most 300 calories, and are healthy for you.

EACH ONE OF THESE has at least one healthy selection. But even a salad isn’t healthy if you dump ranch dressing all over it!

I’D HAVE TO SAY PIZZA CHEESE IS PROTEIN SAUCE HAS ANTI OXIDANTS AND TWO PIECES IS ONLY 500 CALORIES WITH NO TRANS FAT. SO DOMINOS OR PIZZA HUT

Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Popeyes, Burger King, Mcdonald, and then Kentucky Fried Chicken. KFC isn’t t the healthiest but it is good.
