My first real job was with KFC (then Kentucky Fried Chicken) back in 1982. The deep fryers, maggot-infested waste barrels out back, the “breaking” of chicken from frozen bags, and that monstrous tub device for “filtering” the grease from the pressure fryers were all disastrously tough going. I was happy when I got to wash dishes, even scrubbing the caked gung off the pressure fryer cages!
The worst moment I had ever is when I dropped three full chickens in the pressure fryers, then accidently set the temperature gauge (upwards, of course) instead of the timer! $75 bucks worth of chicken ruined, and the boss sent me home, screaming. I was lucky I didn’t get fired. I melted shoes from grease, and burned the hell out of nearly ever piece of exposed skin. Not to mention, in that environment, you reaked of grease, dripped it from your pores, and were basically one giant zit till you quit! x^D
So I got yer back on this, bro! :^)

There are worse jobs out here . Dan has it right on the nose .
Selling drugs and watching over your back for the cops or your buds that want your stash no matter what isn’t no fun either.

It depend on your background
and your commitment
Some people dont have that
That is why they thought it is like
an easy work but if you think
hard even in your life it is not
an easy job, when you are as
a baby you learn how to walk
learn how to eat and learn and learn
everything is learning until you grow up
it still need learning and not even
one single person in this world
going to say that they dont have
to learn and that is a lie period
if you live on your own
nobody support you that
is totally different view
It is lucky if you have somebody
look after you and can still
wasting time without bothering
to find money on your own
So find a job while you can
so that you will be happy in the future
Thank you

People make a lot of assumptions. Most people who say these things have never worked in a restaurant.
