I just wonder whether some stores, restaurants, shops, use a specific aroma theraphy to attract customers.

Chemicals. It’s all chemicals and marketing.

i dont much like the smell. It smells Because of all the chemicals they put in their food. One time i was working at Mc donalds and cooking a burger and all this red stuff came out of it. I asked my boss if it was blood and he said it was chemicals. Scary stuff. Tim hortons puts niccotine in their coffee. Watch what you eat.

…mainly due to the fats and salts. But these are counterbalanced later in life by the pungent smells of a surgical room.

You wouldn’t think it smelled good if you had to work there. One of my friends worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken for years, and she smelled almost as bad as a slaughterhouse when she got off work.

You like the smell now because it’s a conditioned response. You smell the greasy chicken smell, and you want the satisfying taste of fatty protein. ;)

It’s because the cooks fried it carefully and gratefully. And Some Bread Mix that had been having essential scents are used.
