the problem isn’t figuring out what’s in it, the trick is figuring out the proportions. you need to get just the right amount of each spice, as compared to the weight of the flour (and anything else it’s combined with

This guy basically eats a **** load of fast food & then figures out what is in it & puts it on his website there is a KFC section there…I heard him say on a tv interview the 7 secret herbs & spices are very small quantities & what makes it taste so great is copious amounts of MSG
